Canine for Companions
The idea was to create a campaign for a non-profit organization. The non-profit campaign that I choose was Canine Companions for Independence. This was the design testimonial ad which was showcased from the point of view of the Canine Companion.
By creating this touching testimonial ad, I was able to tug at the hearts of many people even those who may not like animals. A puppy was chosen over a full grown service dog due to the fact that the Canine for Companions starts training them from a young age until they are full grown. By using the text "In or out my vest, I'm still a service dog" allows for many people who may not understand the concept to get an idea of how hard these dogs do work. The yellow text was chosen to match the color of the company's logo and the color that is on the vest of the service dog. The font is bebas neue because it is easy to read and it did not take away from the image.
